We've been going here for the past year and would recommend. Good and reliable. 

The customer service here is amazing and that is why I keep coming back again and again. Very friendly and moderately priced in comparison with the rest of the dry cleaners in this area.

I don't take my laundry anywhere else despite the the higher prices here.  They always take great care of my clothes, pay attention to detail, and are AWESOME at tailoring.  To top it off, they treat me like family.
Often times in this city you're treated like just another customer but, not here.  Great service goes a long way with me.

I usually go to Fazio Cleaners in Sherman Oaks, one day my friend told me I have to try this cleaner out
The ownership had been changed. I asked him all cleaners are most likely the same what is the difference. He told me to find out by myself.
By the time I walked in this cleaner I know my friend is right. The store is so clean, the owner always smile, lots of experience  on garment care, most important is my cloths come back so clean and fresh , and the price are the lowest in this area.

I've brought my clothes here twice and they really do a good job. My clothes are cleaned, ironed, and folded neatly. The only thing I complain about is the price... it is higher than what I usually pay but hey, it's encino/sherman oaks and this place actually takes care of each piece of clothing.

I love this cleaners! The couple who own it have become my friends now after a year - they laugh at all my silly jokes but more importantly they do great work at a great price. They even deliver my clothes to my office right here in Sherman Oaks! My whole team uses them.

Well worth the experience. I had a food stain I needed to get rid of while visiting a friend in their area. Too bad they only have one location and that they're not open on Sundays. They should be open Sundays.

We have taken our clothes here for the last few years for both dry cleaning and alterations.  They do a great job, everything is done on time, well-cleaned and pressed perfectly.  The tailoring and alterations are superb; I have tried other places that charge more and they don't do anywhere near as good of a job.  They always treat us nicely - remembering our names and asking how things are going.   We trust them as our go to cleaner.
